Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Alma House Media, LLC (“Alma House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of Alma House’s website, digital media, products, or services, including but not limited to our web platform, mobile application, or any other related media form, channel, or service (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Alma House Media, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

If Alma House offers digital products, services, or subscriptions through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Alma House (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method for purchases made.

Prices, availability, and terms of sale are subject to change without notice. All purchases are subject to Alma House’s refund or cancellation policies as applicable.

Alma House makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. You agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alma House disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Alma House will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alma House and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to Alma House for the applicable service within the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alma House, its subsidiaries, and its employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Alma House is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Changes to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation.
